All sales are final.
We don't accept refunds. Every piece that leaves our hands has been reviewed and prepared with care — we stand behind the quality of what we make.
We know this is a firm policy. We hold it because we believe in what we sell. If you're unsure about sizing, materials, or anything else before purchasing, reach out before you buy — we'd rather answer your questions than leave you with something that doesn't feel right.
Exceptions
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Reply to your order confirmation email with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll review it personally.
We do not consider the following as grounds for a refund:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Delayed shipping outside our control
